Now Hiring - Bilingual Chinese Outside Sales Wanted! Urgent Hire! in Flushing, NY

We are a local HVAC supply wholesaler with over 15 years of experience serving the neighborhood, and we are now seeking bilingual outside sales representatives (English & Chinese). The chosen candidate will concentrate on bringing on new clients who can profit from our product offerings as well as expanding revenue streams from current customers. You will be held accountable for hitting monthly and quarterly quotas as an OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE while upholding a high standard of client satisfaction. You will manage accounts in a designated geographic area while reporting to the sales manager. We're seeking for a sales-focused expert that values efficiency and client interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Spend Mondays in the office to plan your week and report to your manager, then conduct in-person sales visits Tuesday - Friday.
• Focus on developing existing accounts and acquiring new business by engaging with customers in person within your assigned territory.
• Develop a territory management plan to optimize time spent with customers.
• Develop sales strategies, proposals, and forecasts, and conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations. Prepare quotations and customer correspondence.
• Utilize online resources to maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer files, and sales activity information, and discuss sales activities with the Sales Manager.
• Participate in an in-depth training program provided by the company to develop the necessary sales and product skills for success.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or higher
• Bilingual: Effective verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Basic Computer skills: able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Ambitious self-starter, adept at leading through others to consistently deliver superior results
• Detail-oriented, well-rounded, and a self-directed problem solver.
• High level of integrity and trustworthiness.

-Full-time Position

Days required to work: 5 days a week

-Salary: Base pay+ commission (based on experiences), Bonus (based on store performance), Vacation, Sick pay, Paid Holidays

-Pay Probation period: 1 Month

Pay: From $4,000.00 per month
